A Troublemaker's Handbook: How to Fight Back Where you Work, and Win!, by Jane Slaughter. The last stage of the spiral process is reflecting on your work and thinking about how to move forward. This book does that for the broad union reform movement. Would be great to collect activities built around this book, workshop plans, other materials. Every worker activist and educator should have and use this book.

Power on the Job: The Legal Rights of Working People, by Michael Yates. Indispensable guide to legal rights. The case studies that illustrate the ways laws function in a real context are great. Would be good to use in a Problem-Based Learning format.
